Pros

Some great perks, benefits, tickets to park.

Cons

Internal growth is pretty much impossible. At times it makes it seems like there’s no way up and out without leaving. When applying for a role you can either be automatically turned down or be under consideration without actually getting a chance to interview with the hiring manager to showcase why you would be a great fit for the role. As a minority myself I look around and see very few people of color able to ever make strides especially coming from a place that seems to brag about being inclusive to all races creeds and religions. Yearly raise is nothing to write home about. Managers need to be trained on how to actually hire individuals for roles correctly instead of those they seem to befriend creating a never ending pattern of friends hiring best friends from cliques for roles they have no experience being in. No true structure anywhere. Training can be a joke. All in all once individuals seem to get in higher roles they want all cares about what’s going on are out the window now that they’re collecting that check.

Pros

Great location and good perks.

Cons

The absolute worst leadership team in the cyber group and it's a reflection of the whole O&T org. AVOID! AVOID! After 15+ years in the industry, the CISO took the worst mental toll on a human being I've ever seen. She berated my boss constantly and in front of others. She has her favorites, all from her previous company and does not listen to anyone except them. Horrible human being. Avoid her org and O&T all together.

Company Hanging In by a Thread

Pros

Lot’s of employee benefits from health, travel, monthly work from home, summer hours, unlimited snacks, juice, coffee and soda

Cons

This company would not be for only Jurassic Park so all the money goes there. Otherwise they are only hanging on with their classics, worst themed park ever and on small unsuccessful branches. 70/80% of the workforce are contractors. There are 7-10 divisions with alternating LAYOFFS -beware. The people that disappear are ethnics, over 40, and the unattractive. Managers have a field day with contractors - lots of sexual harassment going on but contractors have no rights and are expendable. If you get hired the manager must be a related to upper upper management, best friend or love interest. Welcome to a boys club! Women are paid less 10K in staff jobs and in entertainment the gap is easy $10MM-$15MM. Look at the numbers! Serious sex discrimination going on here.
