A great team with great management. Interesting projects with lots of room for learning new stuff. Management emphasizes you as a person and puts you first. Great culture.

Cons

Not really a major negative to me but working hours are 1 hour more than other companies.

Good learning experience for junior developers in some teams - be very selective when choosing your team. Some technologies are outdated, especially the C stack.

Cons

Management is centralized and often made of non-technical or technologically outdated people. Huge gaps between compensations of senior people and new recruitees. Lack of transparence on salaries. Lack of career opportunities. Poor management.
