Healthy working environment. A lot of team work with Agile processes incorporated. No pressure to do more work than possible. Management and HR are trying to do their best to help you.

Cons

Big company, somewhat bureaucratic. Sometimes it takes weeks or months to get through with some things as some change requests or low priority support

Cons
