good pay and benefits. The company supports it's employees' well-being generally friendly culture but this is team dependent.

Cons

long working hours. forces employees into a retirement plan where the employee pays taxes and the company gets the money (in Beirut). The employee has no option to opt-out and only benefits from the plan if they stay at the company for many (6-8?) years
