      good place..but difficult to move up

      Pros

      25 leaves per year is a good incentive. pay is reasonably good for newbies.Also attractive bonus considering outside economic situation

      Cons

      Plateau of growth after initial years. The new management lacks vision and depth of knowledge which can hamper growth in years to come.

      Good entry point to finance if you're fresh out of school Good Travel opportunities and benefits smart people and collegial atmosphere

      Some managers are downright arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional With few exceptions, managers lack basic people and management skills Compensation could be better and end of year bonus is arbitrary Career development non-existent Senior management lacks leadership to motivate and communicates poorly with the base Long hours comparable to working at IB or HF but with less pay
