      An established company yet you can still feel as if working in a startup, where everyone is geared towards getting things done and get them done well, striving for the customer satisfaction. Colleagues are smart and helpful whenever you need them, so that you know you are not fighting alone when facing tough/critical issues.

      Cons

      Career path is not very clearly defined, yet it can be perceived that anything is possible, since the company allows and encourages internal transfer if you are keen to get more exposure to different teams.
