      Pros

      Good pay while working with only the best engineers in the market. The office culture is OK and the employee feels well taken care of due to all the benefits given. The market for Murex is ever expanding and they are moving into new markets, so there is a good future for the company.

      Cons

      Structure of the enterprise is quite difficult. The skills you learn are very Murex specific, so be warned. If you want to change careers after a couple of years of experience, you may find some difficulty. Long hours so there is some difficulty managing your work/life balance.

      Pros

      This is a very friendly work atmosphere with a skilled profiles. A lot of autonomy is granted in the daily work.

      Cons

      The global organization is very flat and this prevent evolution opportunities. No clear career path existed by this time.

      A lot of great people, a good place to learn and grow, very good benefits for the USA

      Cons

      It's clear that some people are "in", some people are "out": it's not clear how that happens. Basically a complete lack of transparency: bonus, promotions, who gets involved in presales or interesting projects.
