Murex is an excellent company, still very well managed by its founders and with flat hierarchies. Everyone is encouraged to bring in their own ideas to improve the product or any existing processes. The current agile transformation programme is run very professionally by skilled and enthusiastic people. It's a campaign the management is fully committed to and its great to see its continous progress.
