      Pros

      Great place to start, multicultural, fruits and coffee/tea available. You get to work with tons of smart people and learn an incredible amount about industry. Top notch health benefits package.

      Cons

      This is a staging job at best. Very click-ish. If you get along with the right people, you can get away with murder. Especially if you speak French. No attention to junior consultants. Salary is bad considering the work hours needed. Some incredibly arrogant, insecure and rude people in senior management.
