      Huge depth to the software means there is always something new to learn. It is a well organised company and getting better all the time. It is a company of real substance committed to its platform MX.3. While short term profitability is important the long term has just as much weight. The company is well capitalised to weather any market storm. They do a lot for staff based in more troubled regions.

      Cons

      The depth and configurability of the software can also be a challenge. The spirit of the company has changed as more processes are put in place and that is both a good and bad thing.
