The best thing about Murex is the amazing culture of the company. They treat you and care about you like family. You can learn a lot in this company, and there is always a possibility to switch teams or countries, under certain conditions.

Pros

The administration care about their employees just like a family. They stood by their employees during financial crisis in Beirut, Covid-19 pandemic and Beirut explosion. The benefits are great: Full medical insurance ( includes dental).

Cons

In the team I worked in, the experience I gained is internal, and cannot be shipped elsewhere. The longer you stay in Murex the harder it gets to move out to another company. I don't see a clear career path for a developer in Murex.
