Emotionally unstable manager and poor training for the role

Cons
Working under my manager was very uncomfortable. He occasionally threw his keyboard across the desk and cursed when he found his computer equipment moved by the cleaners overnight. His general emotional and volatile attitude made the work environment difficult and unprofessional. This behavior also made it challenging to bring up any issues regarding my dissatisfaction with my work and position at the company. Additionally, the job description for a Java Spring Boot software engineer did not match the role I was assigned, nor did it align with my skill set. The onboarding training was inadequate for the unique demands of the software team I joined, resulting in a challenging and unproductive experience.
