- unbelievable benefits - good culture - regular survey taken to understand what needs to be improved - company care about your well beings - smart, nice and helpful colleague - company has good strategy and goal - management is systematic - managers are willing to hear your opinion - many company events for everyone to connect each other - you have a clear goal and clear direction to know what you should achieve - good company location and nice view - many nice and free beverage. The beverage is hard to be found in the market, but they are good in taste - well documentation - hybrid working mode

Cons

- office seat is too close to each other. Distraction by surrounding human movement. - in the video call meeting, the other people voice can be heard due to close contact

Pros

Fantastic in terms of diversity and quality of consultants. Strong culture of collaboration due to cross domain nature of the business and software. Long term mindset in general, in part due to being privately owned. This is welcome when compared to similar companies in the same industry, which have to prioritize short term KPIs due to investor pressure.

Cons

The flip side of a strong collaborative and long term culture; Initiatives may not move fast enough for some profiles. However, there is a strong management will to improve on this front.
