      Market leading product but lead position being eroded Great benefits aligned around parenthood/children (i.e 3 months paid paternity leave)

      Vocal equality mission but little real difference in attitudes, favouritism rife. Few customers adopt necessary changes in operating model sufficiently to realise the value of the offering and so it is universally perceived as expensive. Comp plan each year increasingly unattractive.
