Pros

Expecting the Professionals, you will meet many Selfish person

Cons

VERY poor collaboration - cooperation between the functions, they just don't care by playing safe, love to blame, and if you are not bootlicking your peers, they will find a way to get rid of you. Your managers not on your side, the only listen another team. Your peers are your enemy, be careful. HR team is about itself. They are on the side of Managers, not employee. Terrible HR. Discriminators, Offensive Joke, Too much gossip are normal. Does not listen to employees who are hands on, you NEED to follow what is Senior saying.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and sorry to hear about your personal experience. Taking care of our employees is one of our core principles, and we constantly look for ways to ensure everyone feels psychologically safe. We have several established channels for employees to raise their concerns, such as managers, HR, the leadership team, and employee surveys. We want to create an environment where employees feel valued, fairly treated, and respected. Addressing issues promptly through these channels is the best way to ensure they are resolved effectively. We really hope you can discuss your concerns with your manager or through any of these channels.

Great Culture and Colleagues, but Room for Improvement

Pros

I had a great experience working with my colleagues—smart, supportive, and fun to be around. The company organizes interesting events and activities, making the workplace more engaging. The overall working culture is positive, and teamwork is encouraged.

Cons

However, the company operates in a very traditional B2B mindset, which leads to slow processes and resistance to change. Career growth is limited, and promotions are rare. The perks are quite basic compared to industry standards. While some managers are great, many are conservative and unwilling to embrace new ideas. Office politics can be frustrating, and it's not a coincidence that many talented people leave at the same time. If you're looking for stability and good colleagues, it's a decent place to be. But if you want innovation, career progression, and a dynamic work environment, this might not be the best fit.

Pros

Good company for emplyee as a policies. Good pay, bonus. Perks is plus

Cons

Unbalanced work culture. HR driven work environment which is very poisonous for others. No standards are followed as a MNC, even don't know own standards. Don't have culture to cultivate & nurture next successor. Very high attresion rate, new entries don't even work more than 2 years.
