Interesting job. Amazing people. Work and life balance, remote work. Global company, possibility to travel to different countries. Many opportunities to grow and learn. Multicultural environment.

Cons

Big bosses seem distant from regular employees. Constant cost saving. Lack of collaboration between different departments.
