      Pros

      Flexible schedule, remote work during COVID for white collar jobs.

      Cons

      10% furlough on salary to white collar jobs for a few months during the beginning of COVID, but that was so they didn’t have to lay anyone off. It was for the good of the team, and I was happy to do my part so no one had to be let go.
