Great place to work! At Facebook you are able to really focus on a work life balance while you find new ways to build upon your career.

Some of the more tough decisions when it come to working at Facebook are that it is easy to get caught up in the hype and and let it overtake your life because there is always something to be improved upon on updated. #hackathon

Pros

Great environment to do the most meaningful work - the work you do impacts over a billion people - where else do you get that? It's the way people treat each other with respect, genuine care and encouragement that I love the most - when the environment is right you can do your best work. Facebook has this in spades. Not to mention Zuck and Sheryl - phenomenal leaders - the real deal.

Cons

So much to do! They keep saying we are only 1% done? It's tiring!
