FB tries to eliminate regular discomforts one can experience in less progressive corporate employment. Management is easy-going but in return one is expected to do quality work.

Cons

FB is a large company and with that, it is sometimes hard to see the impact of the work given.

Facebook lives the #movefast culture not only in their employees but also in their coding. I really enjoyed working there.

Cons

Too many interns. Our class had 1200 interns and even though you meet many new people, it's difficult to reach out to more senior people since there are so many interns already.

The Perks are nice, but what is very valuable is the people I work with. Everyone is top notch and I'm learning a lot every day.
