      Pros

      Supportive and friendly place to work with high calibre people and standards Provides mature and flexible work arrangements Excellent on-boarding training both online and classroom-based Company is growing rapidly, maturing yet retaining its entrepreneurial spirit

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly so still working out a couple of the nuts and bolts for that, more than made up for by the 'pros'

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility and good compensation. 401K and benefits were good. Company parties were awesome.

      Cons

      Overload of work. Executives and management lack people and leadership skills specially in professional services. For customer facing jobs emphasis is given only to customer feedback and other side of the story is not heard.

      Pros

      Nice workspace with showers and a good great room. Mostly good people. Benefits were decent. Really fun parties every few weeks or so.

      Cons

      There are good projects and awful ones. Pay was less than other places in NYC. There are better benefits offered, elsewhere. The company is going through a large management shift. Unlimited PTO really has to be earned and it doesn't really exist on most teams. Most directors won't give you more than 3-4 weeks. You can work from home, but that some how has to be earned as well. High expectations lead you to learn fast, but you may also end up working longer than you ever expected.
