      Pros

      Medidata is an amazing place to work. The people here are great- all respectful and nice. People in the office actually seem happy to be there - I havent yet heard someone complain about their job like I did at my previous jobs. The work is challenging but enjoyable. PTO is unlimited and truly encouraged. Work from home policy is awesome for most employees. There is a lot expected of you and times when you have to work not normal workday hours but I feel like it is rewarded with leniency when you need it.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that the job does get stressful, but nothing that is not manageable.

      It is an innovative, employee-friendly company. The senior leadership have great visions on the direction of company development.

      More talented and experienced people are needed in the new developing area.

      Pros

      Everyone genuinely cares about your well-being and development. Provide many opportunities for training and development, always opportunities to learn. Casual dress code and a great place to come into everyday

      Cons

      A lot more ground could be covered in onboarding to prevent confusion during your first few months

Look out for learning weeks that feature training courses and access to LinkedIn Learning that provide on-demand courses on a variety of topics.
