Seems like a solid place to start your career. Management invests in, and encourages, rapport building activities. Some very nice, competent people mixed in. Generous time off.

Cons

Agree with others that advancement within the company is virtually nil. Some exceptions but management tends to be indifferent and/or inexperienced. A surprising number of teams can be truly toxic because of this weak management. If one finds themselves on one of these teams leaving the company is the only recourse since moving within the company is almost unheard of. The office is marketed as open plan but is more of a call center meets trading floor. Privacy is non existent, the noise is intrusive, and conference rooms are always booked.

Good culture, excellent peers, and ownership has an idea what they want to do.

Cons

New HR and Facilities Management does not have a clue. They are trying to run a small company with a corporate mentality and its not being very successful.
