They don't care about employees career, except favourites. A lot of politics with little or no right to actually support. You are mostly seen as a resource that needs to fill gaps, with no chance to follow what they advertise in their job specs.

( I had to endure 70-80 hr weeks because you had to meet the unrealistic timelines set by management) - Yes, they have a cool game room and promote the culture of the company - but you will never have a chance to enjoy it since you have to get the work done or you're penalized. - Under paid employees who are SME's of their function and under appreciated. - HR is a major joke. I worked in corporate and would often speak to HR about my manager but nothing came of it until I made the decision to leave for the sake of my mental health and less stress! - Good luck getting a promotion in HR if you're not in the "clique"
