      Pros

      I work in the Technology team and have seen a huge difference in the past year with new Tech leadership. It's always been a great company doing great things for the world, and now it's even more wonderful to work in.

      Cons

      Customers love us so much; demands are high on our team and can sometimes be too challenging. No standardized technology - it varies across products Work environment could be loud.

Our Global Learning and Development team consists of employees who provide a learning platform filled with training and courses about specific products tied to the specific employee's role. With a 99% customer retention rate we believe our customers are experiencing that we are delivering on our commitments. As with any company we do have support issues, which are trending in a positive direction.

      Pros

      Seems like a solid place to start your career. Management invests in, and encourages, rapport building activities. Some very nice, competent people mixed in. Generous time off.

      Cons

      Agree with others that advancement within the company is virtually nil. Some exceptions but management tends to be indifferent and/or inexperienced. A surprising number of teams can be truly toxic because of this weak management. If one finds themselves on one of these teams leaving the company is the only recourse since moving within the company is almost unheard of. The office is marketed as open plan but is more of a call center meets trading floor. Privacy is non existent, the noise is intrusive, and conference rooms are always booked.
