      Early on you will get to learn a lot. Great co-workers. Smart and supportive.

      Cons

      Managers are out of touch and senior managers are very out of touch. The same mistakes are made repeatedly, no suggestion box

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, flexibility to wfh, great office space, holiday parties are top notch and the company is growing exponentially. Medidata is all around a great company doing great things!!!

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say. Management is very reasonable, sometimes you have to push to get ideas through but most companies are resistant to change. It does take a persistent person to spur change however you get out what you put in. My only con is a lot of people are ok with status quo which makes it hard to implement change.
