- Good w/l balance - Not too much micromanaging; you can more or less choose what you work on.

Cons

- Mandatory return to office policy that doesn't make sense when the office is usually empty and your teammates are on different parts of the world - Pay is on the lower end - Nontechnical people in technical leadership roles in Patient Cloud who also lack people skills and empathy for lower level staff.
