Pros

Young environment, scheduel flexibility, a good job to conciliate with studies!

Cons

The way some of the managers treat some employees, the fact that all employees earn a very low wage, and some (like me) work twice has hard then others. I didn't get a promotion cause I was studying at uni (still am) and though I would be able to work the shifts they wanted me to, they said I would be tired of studying and wouldnt be able to focus enough to be a shift manager. They let you here there, but you lose desert and other stuff if you choose to take a soup or salad instead of the chips

Pros

Good way of scheduling, part timers appreciated.

Cons

Wouldn't want to become a full-time worker: seems like it takes your whole social life away. Not very rewarding.

Pros

Excellent benefits and perks. There are numerous opportunities to move up and around the company, although you must be willing to relocate to some degree.

Cons

Conflicting messages from members of management, very political and at times cut throat environment making it difficult to just perform your specified role without getting dragged into unnecessary conflicts.
