Pros

It is a great place for people to learn basic management and customer service skills while earning a decent salary. You also get food discounts so that helps pay the bills.

Cons

Very, very fast paced most of the time. If you want to advance, don't ever miss work.

Pros

they give u a free meal..... which makes most employess gain about 10 pounds. There are not many pros but if u survive this job you will be able to work at any other place.

Cons

The salary is minimum and you have to work at your max. The employess also do not get breaks when they need it and the managers tend to be rude because they dislike their job as well.
