      Pros

      Fun culture , great tech company as long as you are in the right group

      Cons

      There are people who consider themselves Demi-Gods , this is far from truth. Supporting an executive who cannot manage oneself can give a high but that is not world class . Alcohol at work , can be fun when there are limits . Work place is not for drinking and what happens when some one with a drinking problem has to earn their living here?

      Don't Work for Match.com!

      Pros

      Looks good on a resume if you're in the Internet space. Free coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

      Cons

      Artificially stressful environment. Management doesn't respect employee (unless you're an engineer) nor their time. The phrase "sweat shop" comes to mind. They reorg literally every quarter. This includes having to change desks. You never know where anyone is sitting. Co-workers don't tend to be very helpful.

      Pros

      - Fun, casual atmosphere - No dress code - Frequent parties during & after work hours. Monthly happy hours during work with free food & booze. Yep, Match.com pays employees to get drunk during office hours at least once a month! - Excellent benefits package. Insurance coverages begins the first day of the month after which you are hired. - Extremely generous PTO - Free food, snacks, sodas - Beautiful office - Some very cool, creative, & fun people work here. Everyone makes an effort to be friendly & make connections with new employees.

      Cons

      - Some departments have completely incompetent management who lack the knowledge for the positions they hold. - Depending on the department you work in, opportunities for advancement can be very limited. - No yearly performance-based raises. Raises are only available if you manage to get promoted.
