There is constant movement and innovation -- always problems to be solved. Creativity is embraced. The people are amazing.

Cons

There can be a lot of complexity with that many brands under one company umbrella - we don't always know what's happening at other brands.

Nice office with good work from home balance. Only 2 days required in office per week. Tues, Weds, Thurs has catered lunch. Barista on site, lots of snacks. Not very stressful.

Cons

Hard to find a conference room. Unclear how to advance in career here (promotions for example).
