No strategy. CEO does whatever he wants. The only strategy is to launch new apps. Bumble will kill the company in a few years

401k Match, Insurance Coverage, Training Stipend, ERGs, WFH office set up stipend

Cons

Upper Management (VP and above) does not value employees' happiness and wellbeing anymore. Layoffs, micromanaging executives, top-down RTO mandates, and a complete refusal by C-Suites to apply feedback from employees has lead to a steep decline in morale in late 2022/ and conintues into 2023.
