      Free food in office and good benefits

      Cons

      High school environment, no career architecture, no role progression, no annual increases across the board, no rewards, not alot of standard things in place like a "large" company should have, always struggling money and stock wise. 3 days in office. Pay is below market compared to other tech companies. CEO just says the word "momentum" 87 times in all hands call (that's IT). He's don't nothing since he's joined. Same goes for the new HR head guy. He's done nothing since he's joined too. Just straight up disappeared.

      - You work with multiple data teams at each app (Tinder, Hinge, etc.) - There are interesting problems centrally

      Cons

      - It's hard to align on central data solutions - There are scarce resources allocated to data engineering centrally for now

      New Management has turned the open culture into a keep quiet and do as your told. BK came in with all this energy but has killed what made Match such a great place to work. Instead of feeling like a valued professional, you are now just an employee who needs to be quiet and be happy you have a job. Working from home ending, Upper management not being clear and honest about their motives, oppressive culture.
