Pros

Exciting and fun product. Company events strongly encourage employees to get to know one another and are fun. Most coworkers are very kind and easy to get along with. All of the higher ups (executives) are down to earth and all around great people.

Cons

Human Resources has no time for you. Women are very under appreciated. Management style is archaic. There are more figureheads than anything else. Hierarchy is very unorthodox and not well thought out. There are several managers reporting to other managers. Execs although very kind and down to earth, demonstrate a strong sense of favoritism in terms of individuals opinions. There are too many people in positions of power (the many many managers) that don't have the intelligence or management skills to be in charge of the night shift at your local fast food restaurant.
