Pros

Office is downtown, great networking with other insurance companies, interesting and dynamic industry that is always shifting

Cons

The Graduate Trainee program is mismanaged, disorganized, and lacks clear direction. There is no concrete development or feedback program so it was impossible to know how you were performing against your peers. I felt like I was hired there to do administration grunt work for teams that were understaffed instead of gaining exposure to different areas of the business as the program is advertised to do.
