Pros

Staring salary was very good.

Cons

Being a large company with lots of staff and resources I was expecting a much better induction / training / support programme for new starters but the support I received was almost non-existent which resulted in me leaving the company within a month of starting as I was not made to feel welcome. Every day I was there I was sat at my desk with nothing to do as I did not know how to do anything. The person who was supposed to be looking after me was aware of this but did not seem to care.

Pros

Enjoyed most of the people I worked with.

Cons

No career plan for advancement. No training for job. Overworked. Pay raises and bonuses are a joke unless you are in a management position. Micro manage their staff.

Pros

Marsh is good at work-life balance

Cons

Little opportunity to grow as a designer since the company's business is not a creative playground for you to grow.
