Pros

People are polite, compamy emphasises well-being, respect and care for its people.

Cons

Department culture is a different story as with big companies. In the regional marketing team, we aren't allowed to take leave for half the year and open months are hard for some to take leave. Even medical leave, the marketing head of department gets on our case about not caring about our health when we fall sick.

Pros

Largest broking company to work and learn. Good employee benefits and well-being support.

Cons

Inflexible leave entitlements: There are leave restrictions in place for multiple months throughout the year. Reduction in frequency of sick and hospitalisation leave application was once set as a team goal.
