Pros

Great training for new employees Supportive management and team leaders Annual performance review with bonus depending on performance. Expectations are realistic for the most part. Good IT support

Cons

Very fast pace call center is not for everyone Lots of employee turnaround which translates into never being fully staffed. Difficult to keep up with work during busy season due to short staffing Difficult to book vacation due to limit of brokers Same with continuing education due to limit of number of staff that can be off
