Pros

The pay was good and vacation days were standard.

Cons

Management is awful, people running around with a VP status that really just proves you stuck it out for too long at this company. Everything is based on tenure, not how hard you worked or much you accomplished. Disapointing.

Pros

Enjoy department and direct managers. Good benefits. Challenging and dynamic work. Social atmosphere.

Cons

Lots of work, hard to balance while trying to move up. Not much transparency with pay or promotion/career path. Upper management makes lots of process changes that make day to day work harder for everyone.

Pros

Nice people, flexible schedules allowing for work life balance. Plenty of resources to help with any issues. Continuous efforts to improve the way we do business.

Cons

Unable to successfully execute any major initiatives, which while appearing to be good steps forward, take us backwards and gets employees totally frustrated and not wanting to support new projects.
