Advancement potential is possible with hard work. Visibility and sight line to leadership. Strong team atmosphere. Focus is client centered.

Cons

Ability to hire for vacancies is sluggish resulting in increase in workload. Strong push to cross sell consulting opportunities to clients regardless of need.
