Salary is a bit Low compared to other brokering companies; few formal trainings available; have to be smart enough to learn things fast;

Supportive and collegiate working environment. Flat structure. Opportunity for greater responsibility from the start. Investment in professional development.

Cons

An highly regulated working environment. Too much red tape!! Not as meritocratic as other organisations.
