Pros

If you're lucky you'll work with a good team of people. Convenient if you live close to the office too.

Cons

Unsociable hours, you always work on bank holidays. Management is generally poor with a lack of guidance. Some colleagues are paid overtime and others aren't.

Pros

Very big company and immediate client exposure for junior people. Managers always listen to new ideas.

Cons

Huge bureaucracy: it's definitely not a dynamic environment.
