Pros

Great co-workers and resources. I enjoyed my time with the company. I did my work and went home. Perfect.

Cons

I know of other co-workers that felt overwhelmed by work life balance. Could I've used more money, yes...but that's anywhere.

Pros

You learn a lot about insurance and, if you apply yourself, can take away from the experience quite a lot of transferable skills.

Cons

Unfortunately, your experience depends greatly upon to whom you report. Some people are much happier than others, doing the same work, simply because they are on another team. Compensation is not on par with the cost of living.
