Pros

Marsh has experts in every area. There is a lot of support behind you. There is a strong work ethic and a culture of cooperation.

Cons

A lot of direction comes from New York. Often decisions are handed down and have a detrimental impact on local offices. Turnover as of late is increasing.

Lots of areas that you can move into if you find yourself looking for something different.

Cons

Most of the leadership is of an older generation and thus stuck in the past, and have a hard time adjusting to the advancement of technology.
