Pros

Benefits. I can't honestly find much more to say. The company only cares about lining pockets of upper management. They don't even have degrees.

Cons

NO RAISE IN 8 YEARS!!!!

Pros

Pay that's more than minimum wage or working retail

Cons

Outdated computer software and systems, team under staffed, frequent turn over, constantly prioritizing work to meet the most urgent deadlines, training for new hires is inadequate. Attendance rules are strict. Budget only allows for four or five people on a 15 member team to hold above entry level positions.
