Pros

You'd be surrounded with knowledgeable individuals; You can choose to learn and follow whatever line of business interests you the most; Pay scales are not great but at par with the industry standards, of course with few anomalies and exceptions.

Cons

Too much travelling, sounds good at the start but becomes taxing after a while.

Pros

Opportunity tp advance for young professionals. Different types of work everyday. Great coworkers. Excellent place to improve brokerage and negotiating skills.i

Cons

Revenue rules, little acknowledgement that good service leads to retention. You need a sponsor with clout to succeed. Do often you hear we had a bad year no pay increases this year.
