It’s always great to get positive feedback. Though we’re not perfect, Marsh is always looking for ways to make our work environment a place where colleagues are engaged and feel included.

Pros

Outstanding team strengths, resources are amazing. You can find an expert in any area of coverage who is willing to help with a project.

Cons

Culture is pretty bad. There is no sense of team working at Marsh. There is no training program, so if you go in, you need to know what and how to do the job.
