Pros

it seems hard to get fired unless you do something really horrible.

Cons

minuscule raises. extremely few opportunities for advancement. more red tape and bureaucracy than the US government. rigid process is the focus rather than getting things done. this company does not care about its employees AT ALL

-Friendly coworkers -So much free food -Flexible schedule -Once fully trained, workload is not too difficult

Cons

-Repetitive, unfulfilling work -Sitting in call-center environment -Feeling like life is supposed to have more meaning - Sometimes have to read through long contracts despite not making even $15 an hour
