Large international insurance organization Excellent technology ( remote IT support, virtual training, overall employee technology) Leadership communicates organizations direction on a frequent basis very transparent

Cons

Difficult to navigate career opportunities in the larger Marsh organization which is limiting The insurance industry as a whole is somewhat behind culturally a little old school
