Good Culture Good Brand globally Good jump start to career but opportunities outside would be largely restricted to insurance and broking firms Good work life balance

Scope for growth limited to your pratice only Every profile has to do sales job and becomes more sales centric over a period of time despite of your role Work becomes monotonus after a certain period of time hence poses a challenge in learning new skills and getting a new job outside Not much options given to their employees for exploring their skills sets and potential More cost cutting culture has set in
