Good place to work for some…not all.

Pros

Awesome benefits, 401K and executive bonuses. Company matches up to 6% of your contribution. If you’re in a revenue generating position, your career path is well defined. Friendly work environment, but, very political and compartmentalized.

Cons

Non-revenue generating positions are mostly dead-end jobs. Its nearly impossible to make the leap into the executive positions without major support. Nepotism is alive and well. Its not uncommon to see children, nephews, nieces and kids of clients walk into fast-track jr executive positions straight out of college.
